Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return or exchange any unused item within 15 days of the purchase date.
To start the process, simply email us at maddypeddy@gmail.com with your order number and the name used for the purchase. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new and unused condition, including the original shoe box, with no signs of wear, damage, or markings.
Please ensure both the shoes and their original packaging are securely protected inside a separate shipping box. Returns sent using only the original shoe box — especially if sealed with tape or bearing shipping labels — may not be accepted, as this makes the product unsellable. Help us keep everything in great condition for the next customer!
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of returning or exchanging the item is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels without tracking information.
Once we receive your return and verify the condition, your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at maddypeddy@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the item, along with your order number or proof of purchase.
Please note: If we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery, we may be unable to process a replacement or return.
